Terms and Conditions For SlopeSeeker Ltd

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.slopeseeker.com (the "Website") and your use of the Website itself.

In these terms "we" refers to SlopeSeeker Ltd and "you" and "your" refers to any visitor to the Website or any SlopeSeeker customer.

SlopeSeeker Ltd can only supply goods that are ordered online via the Website and we cannot accept orders by telephone or post.

Prices & currencies accepted

All prices are shown on the Website in £ sterling (GBP). All payments which will include all taxes, delivery, shipping and handling fees must be made by via SagePay and only cards accepted by SagePay can make payments.

SlopeSeeker Ltd can accept payment in £ sterling (GBP). All currencies will be converted to GBP (£ Sterling) and you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.

All prices are as stated on the Website but SlopeSeeker Ltd reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice. We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days.

Availability

All goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. SlopeSeeker Ltd will contact you to arrange this via your email the next working day - you must supply a valid contact email address.

Payment Details & Security

All payments to SlopeSeeker Ltd are handled securely by SagePay (Internet Service Payment Providers).  Payment will be debited from your card or account before the dispatch of the goods you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, SagePay will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide.

SlopeSeeker Ltd does not hold your credit or debit card details as all card data is processed securely by SagePay.

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order please let us know within 24 hours of placing it - a cancellation fee may be charged if we have already purchased goods on your behalf.

Lost or Damaged Goods

In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately via email to enquiries @ slopeseeker.com

In the case of non-delivery please wait 14 working days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods and contact us within 14 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a refund of the cost of the goods to the card the goods were purchased on.

Returns & Refunds

SlopeSeeker Ltd are committed to providing excellent customer service and have a Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the unused goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods which have been rendered unsaleable by make-up, perfumes or other substances whilst being tried on, or have been damaged by you after receipt.

We will issue a refund (which will not include the costs of delivery) on receipt of unused goods. Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Please include the receipt and a note saying who you are and whether you want a refund or to exchange it for a different size or colour. Please contact us at returns @ slopeseeker.com. Goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and offers Proof of Delivery.

Complaints & Queries

Should you ever have cause to make a complaint, we will use all reasonable endeavours to respond within five working days.

Warranties

SlopeSeeker Ltd is unable to provide any warranties in relation to goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Supply of Good and Services Act 1994.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

There are no warranties implied or inferrable from a third party's inclusion on this website. SlopeSeeker Ltd does not provide advice upon the suitability of a resort or activity for your particular situation.

SlopeSeeker Ltd Limited Liability

Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury SlopeSeeker Ltd liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. SlopeSeeker Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses even if SlopeSeeker Ltd has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.

Availability of Website

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that this Website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the Website or that any goods on the Website are in stock or available.

The rights in the designs and the content of this Website are owned by SlopeSeeker Ltd. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or display any part of this site without permission.

All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on the Website are the property of their owners.

We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions without notice from time to time.
