Resort Profile For Mürren

A charming alpine village with stunning views

The Mürren ski resort is a quaint car free village, situated in a remote area of the Jungfrau Ski Region – comprised of Mürren, Wengen and Grindewald, all linked via the historic Wengernalp Railway.

The local ski area is the quieter of the three, with 53km of varied slopes. There are runs for all abilities, all with stunning views. However, there is not enough to keep most skiers interested for anything other than a short break unless you make use of the other areas of the Jungfrau region.

Appriximately 30 minutes by train will take you across the valley to Wengen-Grindewald, with 213km of mainly intermediate friendly slopes.

The resort itself is chocolate box perfect, with a friendly and relaxed feel.
