Resort Profile For Klosters
Ski the vast Davos-Klosters ski area with a little more charm and sophistication
The Klosters ski resort shares the vast 300km of pistes of the Davos-Klosters ski area. There is something for everyone, however, be prepared for a lot of commuting between the five ski areas.
In contrast to Davos, Klosters is a quiet, traditional alpine resort. The village offers luxury accommodation with top end restaurants with a reassuringly expensive and exclusive feel.
If you can afford it, Klosters provides a better base than Davos with good runs down in to the village and a family friendly beginners section.
Resort Pros
- Variety and extent of the ski area, linked with Davos.
- Intermediates paradise.
- Traditional, lively village.
- Beginner and family friendly.
Resort Cons
- The ski area covers 5 mountains so you can spend a lot of time on lifts, busses and trains.
- Expensive.
Best For
- Mixed ability groups.
- Cruising intermediates.
- Families.
SlopeSeeker Tips
Make sure you ski the whole area but make sure you have bus and train timetables to hand.
