Resort Profile For Morzine
An excellent base, providing easy access to Portes du Soleil and some of the most extensive and varied skiing in the Alps
A very popular ski resort with British skiers, the town of Morzine sits in a wooded basin, sprawling along both sides of a river gorge. It can feel a little fractured but a free bus service links the spread out accommodation to the lifts and other town amenities. The atmosphere is lively and family friendly whilst retaining a typical Savoyard feel. The Portes du Soleil ski area will satisfy skiers of all abilities with high, snow-sure runs and stunning views.
